Property maintenance has always been the weak link in the residential lettings industry — chasing tradesmen, half-finished jobs, and estate agents and landlords doing work that was never really theirs to do. We think that's broken — and we started Asset Property Care to fix it.
Our mission is simple: handle every stage of property maintenance ourselves, so estate agents, landlords and everyone else in residential lettings can get back to doing what they're actually there for. We're obsessed with using time and money efficiently, and with raising the bar on productivity in a trade that's too often accepted as slow and unpredictable.
We're landlords ourselves, so we get it — the stress, the guesswork, the calls you dread getting. That's exactly why we're as friendly and approachable as we are thorough: no jargon, no fobbing off, just people who understand the problem and will do whatever it takes to sort it.
We're starting here in Sheffield. But the goal is bigger than operating in one city — we want to prove there's a better way to do property maintenance, and set the standard the rest of the industry has to catch up to. Reece is passionate about property and construction, with a sharp eye for the finer details that others miss. He's driven by providing a service that genuinely changes the way people work — wherever a system can be simplified, he'll simplify it.

Rio's background spans working in estate agents through to building her first house in property — experience that shaped how Asset Property Care is run today. She's the face of the company and the reason it exists in the first place, and she's built the network the business relies on. Above all, she makes sure every client relationship is protected and looked after, whatever it takes.

If the business runs like clockwork, it's because Natalie's making sure it does.
